U.S. Army First Lt. Thomas Redgate, 24, is killed in action in Korea.

December 11, 1950

A Brighton resident, Redgate enlisted at age 17 at the end of World War II. His remains are returned in 2020 and are buried in the National Cemetery in Bourne.
